Drawing on its underground supper club roots, Lolla opened in 2012 serving Mediterranean-inspired small plates. We have since evolved into an elevated casual restaurant that features modern European cuisine with Asian influences. We have a perennial a la carte menu, a seasonal menu, and a tasting menu that highlights Head Chef Johanne Siy’s philosophy of mindful, produce-driven sustainable cuisine prepared with a modern sensibility.

By the end of June 30, 2020 ,Haidilao has opened 935 chain restaurants in China, Singapore, U.S., South Korea, Japan, Canada ,the United Kingdom, Malaysia , Vietnam,Indonesia and Australia.
